Refund Policy

Cancellations
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full Pro access until then.
Refunds
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment if you are not satisfied, provided you have not consumed a substantial portion of the Pro content (fewer than 5 subject reads or quiz completions).
Refunds for renewals (subsequent monthly charges) are issued at our discretion and only in cases of accidental charge (e.g. you cancelled before renewal but were charged due to a technical error).
We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused days within a billing period.
How to request a refund
Email info@omniatlas.ai with the subject line "Refund request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will respond within 2 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
